Priority System

The scout player works on a Priority System.  This means that the tracks with the least amount of reviews will be fed to a scout.  As such, new uploads will immediately be prioritised ahead of all other tracks.  If an artist uploads 3 new tracks, a scout may find themselves reviewing 3 tracks by the same artist one after the other.

If a glitchy track is uploaded (less than 60 seconds  in length) this will be prioritised as it has 0 reviews.  Unfortunatly, such glitchy tracks can never recieve a review and will remain on 0 reviews indefintley.  This then creates a scenario where the glitchy track is reprioritised again and again, until it is removed.

The Priority System also explains why artists suddenly stop recieving reviews for long periods of time (weeks) as newer tracks and those with less reviews take precedence.

On a positive note, the Priority System can be used to an artists benefit should they wish to try out new tracks, as these will be prioritised and recieve immediate and numerous reviews.
